All around the world, governments and advanced business organizations have taken notice of the need to support entrepreneurs and startup companies building innovative solutions to grow local, regional and global economies. What once was the 'American Dream', bound by geographical constraints and opportunities, is increasingly becoming a global dream of private aspiration without limits.

Advanced economies, like that of America, are struggling to support local labor and manufacturing assets amidst a tidal wave of global resources. Emerging economies, like that of Burma, are struggling to develop natural resource industries like lithium processing into full-fledged commercial engines. No place or culture is being spared from this accelerating pace of change and competition that is driving the world economy every day.

Now, more than ever, Individuals need entrepreneurial training and support services. Unfortunately, with relatively few exceptions, our varied educational systems are failing to service this mandate, instead falling short by continuing to service bureaucratic structures that are obviously not living up to their expectations or stated operational objectives. Change is the work of entrepreneurs, both social and commercial in nature. Opportunity is ripening for a shift in the socio-economic infrastructure that the world uses to build itself within all of the local communities we call home.

At Noiz Ivy, we aspire to accelerate the formation of an open community that is composed of many different types of creative Individuals. Of particular interest are people that know how to work with the tools of communication and Internet distribution, finance and monetary systems, democratic and property law, and industrial ecology. Additionally, we are pursuing strategies to connect with teachers, parents and young people still in the formative stages of determining how they wish to participate within the global socio-economic system. It is our belief that these Individuals represent the leading edge of change, and we consider the opportunity to work with them as extremely important.

The community that Noiz Ivy intends to feed are already collaborating and forming interconnections through tools that did not exist just 10 years ago. The pace of change that they are a part of building is unprecedented in the world, and is likely to lead to unanticipated consequences. These will require advanced leadership to navigate successfully. It is only through the work of organizations that can form and re-form as need dictates that we will find the capacity to navigate this rapid pace of change with the socio-economic agility that will be required. In a world where every individual is born with equal opportunity to self-determine the value they contribute to the whole of their time, social structures will either be the champions or enemy of sustainable progress.
